Delivery & Postage

Customers may order as many products as they wish and pay only one Royal Mail flat delivery charge of £3.50 per single UK Mainland address.

YorkBee covers delivery to all of the mainland UK with some exceptions, please note, there are some limitations to the service coverage for some Highland areas of Scotland and offshore islands. For the Channel Islands, Outer Hebrides, Orkneys, Shetland or any international destination please contact us for a quote.

We do not ship outside the UK.

YorkBee aims to dispatch your order promptly approx. 3-5 working days from receipt of your order by 2nd Class Royal Mail Post. Please consider this before ordering, allowing plenty of time. If you do have any special delivery requests you should contact YorkBee and we will be happy to help.


All payments are processed before goods are shipped. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

YorkBee accepts online order transactions via a secure server using a valid debit or credit card. Customers may also pay using PayPal & Google Pay. All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks as authorised by the card issuer. No card information is seen by us, rather it is encrypted and by our payment service provider. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order.

No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder, sent to the registered cardholder’s address only.

Damaged Items

If a claim for damaged delivery is to be made, this will require the Customer to substantiate a claim by providing any relevant information about the consignment to YorkBee within 48 hours of receipt. The recipient may be asked to confirm that the item delivered damaged with photos sent to YorkBee via email to review. A claim can only be processed further if the recipient replies in writing to YorkBee and if applicable to Royal Mail.


An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
