Porridge with Bee
Pollen

Make time for a nutritious, healthy breakfast to set you up for the day. Porridge goes perfectly with our quick berry, Raw honey and Bee Pollen

  • 150g porridge oats
  • 100ml milk
  • 120g frozen berries
  • 100 g mango
  • 1 kiwi
  • 2 tsp bee pollen
  • 2 tsp raw honey

Method
STEP 1
Put the oats, milk and 450ml water in a pan with a pinch of salt. Cook for about 5 mins until thick and creamy. Meanwhile blend berries with some warm water until smooth.

STEP 2
Divide the porridge between bowls and top each with the berry mango, slice kiwi. Add some honey and sprinkle bee pollen.
